We are very sorry for the misunderstanding but we are unable to hold a vehicle for more then a reasonable period beyond the agreed upon sale date. We attempted to reach you for two weeks including alternative methods of contact once your phone service was disrupted. We finally made the decision to refund the total $500 holding fee. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

I am honestly wasting my time with this. 1) STOP THE LIES. 2) YOU GUIYS KNEW OF MY FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS, AND ALSO GAVE ME ASSURANCE THAT CAR WILL BE THERE FOR ME NO MATTER WHAT. 3) I WAS ALWAYS IN CONTACT WITH YOU GUYS UP UNTIL A FEW DAYS BEFORE MY FLIGHT. 4) YOU DID NOT GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY, I CALLED HONDA USA AND THEY AFTER A LONG ORDEAL WITH YOU GUYS, GOT MY MONEY BACK. HONDA USA IS ALSO DISGUSTED WITH YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE A CASE # IF YOU WANT TO CALL THEM. 5) NONE OF MY PHONES WERE EVER DISCONNECTED, STOP THE LIES!!!! 6) YOU MESSED UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
