They also made sure that it fit all of my needs as well as my budget. Garret did a great job explaining my VSC. He made sure I understood the difference between that and most extended warranties. He also made sure that I was able to get GAP without taking me out of my budget. I will be part of the Fenton family for a while. I will send friends and family there every chance I get. We had been dreading going to a dealership as the process is usually unpleasant, awkward, and painfully drawn out. However our experience at Fenton Honda with Taylor Clagg was by far our easiest car purchase to date. Taylor was very knowledgeable, friendly, and pleasant to work with, and the whole deal was settled quickly. I feel that she treated us very fairly and we will definitely ask for her next time we are in the market for a car! More

I called up and everyone was hel This is the most bizarre and disturbing experience with Fenton Honda Of Ardmore. I wanted to buy a 2016 HONDA HRV. I called up and everyone was helpful and wanted to get me into this new car. They took my $1000 downpayment to hold the car, gave me the financing information and my monthly payment after they ran my credit. They advised me the car will not be sold because I made the downpayment, I live in Queens New York. I bought tickets to get to the dealership for the weekend for me and my girlfriend, I called and advised the people I was dealing with of the flight information. TWO DAYS before the flight I got a call from one of the managers CHARLIE, " Is this Sha? " I said "Yes". He said, "DO NOT COME TO THE DEALERSHIP, THE CAR WAS SOLD, I CANNOT HELP YOU!" and hung up the phone. Its been almost now two weeks and I still have not gotten my money back, I call to speak with all the people I have been dealing with and no one takes my call, my calls is either put on HOLD and DROPPED. OR I am transferred to CHARLIE who is RUDE and only says to me I CANNOT HELP YOU!!! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE ON EARTH, AND HONDA is letting these people sell their cars, unbelievable. More

Awesome first buyer experience!# I showed up to look at the Honda Civics thst i saw on the internet page when i saw this car (which is a civic) i fell in love!! Regarding Sales, the message is simple: BUYER BEWARE! Certainly price compare both online & area competitors; I was in a rush & Fenton"s vultures took full-advantage. Further, Texas buyers should take care that the Finance transaction is processed correctly as I got notices weeks later from Amer. Hon. Finance about a clear Title. Wow I paid a $300 fee to Fenton Finance dept. to handle such so it's reasonable to expect that I NOT be hassled by pesky Accounting principles. Finally, Fenton's service technicians have changed the oil twice and both times neglected to re-attach the engine cover securely. I was too forgiving the 1st time by allowing Fenton to try salvaging said cover..However, another Honda dealer later told me it was beyond repair...WOW even a Fenton tech. confessed to me it had been zip-tied, not bolted back! Bottom line: Unless you prefer inflated, conniving sales tactics, shoddy, unreliable finance services, and jerry-rigged maintenance methods, you best do all business elsewhere (. More
