WARNING!! I had the worst car buying experience ever!!!!! I was interested in a car online, when I drive 2 hours to purchase it, I was told I had to purchase a I had the worst car buying experience ever!!!!! I was interested in a car online, when I drive 2 hours to purchase it, I was told I had to purchase a Fenton for Life warranty for $2k that was not stated anywhere on any site! We finally got the numbers correct and I agreed to finance $14k which included their mandatory warranty! So I got to their finance department at another Fenton dealer, and Dakota proceeds to fill me in on what I think is the warranty I just had to buy! When he is done he comes in with paperwork that has me financing $17,505! Which included the extra warranty he just explained to me that I thought was the warranty I had to buy. I adamantly declined the offer and told him I would only agree to the $14k I wanted to finance at the beginning! I then asked why I had to purchase their Fenton for life warranty for $2k when this extra warranty he just explained to me covered much more and was only 1200$??? I asked if I could switch them?? Oh my! Then I had an office full of people, all of which were trying to pressure me again to buy all the warranties! I started to feel very uncomfortable and had a discussion with my car salesman, Cody Batts, and I told him I only wanted to finance $14k, And that I didn’t want anymore warranties! He comes back with another person and they finally have my original agreement in hand!!!! Well, make sure you read everything everyone, bc after I signed my 14k agreement I was then handed several other papers that I was told was a formality of what I just signed and agreed to and it wasn’t!! They slipped back in papers that had the 17,505! I trusted them and I was duped! I have now come to realize they charged me 5200$ in warranties!!!!! I was charged for their Fenton for Life warranty twice($4k)! And the extra warranty I never wanted. And no one will help me with it!!!!!!! I’ve spoke with their finance manager, Nick Tubbs, and he seems to think I just didn’t understand my paperwork!!!?? I also had Cody Batts get on the phone and he couldn’t seem to recall our conversation in the office about how uncomfortable I was being made to feel! I understood what I agreed to, I don’t understand how someone can do that to someone and not take responsibility! I asked him to look deeper into my paperwork, and if he did he would see it didn’t make sense! Why would I agree to $14k and seconds later sign another paper agreeing to $17,505???!!! And why am I financing $17,505, when my purchase totaled $15,595???!!!! Buy your Honda somewhere else!!!!!! Don’t make the same mistake I did!!!!!!!!! WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Needed oil change and got squeezed in I live out of town and I drove my wife's car because I knew I was gonna get off early. I called morning of at 830 and was asked to take a Saturday app I live out of town and I drove my wife's car because I knew I was gonna get off early. I called morning of at 830 and was asked to take a Saturday appointment. But after telling them I needed it today because I live out of town they were able to squeeze me in and have me oil changed tires rotated and detailed in an hour. I love Fenton Honda of Ardmore More

He told me he had half a dozen cars in that price range. Drove an hour to get there and all they tried to do is up sale me for LOW MONTHLY PAYMENTS when all I wanted was a cheap cash car. Once they discovered that I was serious for cheap cash car they all the sudden didn’t have any....I’d show you the picture of the car and price but can’t upload my proof. Poor business practice just to get a customer in front of them and sell them a more expensive car that you don’t want or need. More
My 3 year-long FENTON Nightmare continues Fenton's 2 "free" oil changes came at a significant cost: Afterwards, they bolted my engine shield incorrectly and it was ruined beyond repair (IE dr Fenton's 2 "free" oil changes came at a significant cost: Afterwards, they bolted my engine shield incorrectly and it was ruined beyond repair (IE dragging along the Interstate).. Fenton refused to replace ($260)...Further my Sales contract clearly states coverage til 100k miles.. However I received an edited version in the mail 14 MONTHS later and it specified 10,000 miles FEWER.. So I called the Warranty division and revealed my signed contract and purchase price was for 100k not 90k... I was told that 100k has never been/ is not offered for the Honda I bought: WOW= Fenton's Finance department charged me a $300 Doc. Fee to write a flawed contract.. Finally I appealed this breach to Carey Broudy only to be totally ignored. Run away, far far way from these posers bringing disgrace to the Honda nameplate. More
