This dealership and its ownership have absolutely no respect for potential customers or what their employees or hired hands do. I am in the middle of an insurance situation with them where one of their respect for potential customers or what their employees or hired hands do. Not only that he tried fleeing the scene and when he realized he was trapped he ditched the truck and ran on foot. It is going on 3 and a half months that I have been with out a vehicle and even their attorney stopped talking. I offered up a more than fair settlement opportunity to their lawyer and even he agreed it was way more than fair but that was the end of their communication with me. I have now had to hire a lawyer to get things done. I had to have my insurance and gap insurance take care of my vehicle which was totaled and all to be disrespected by yet another PATRIOT dealership. I have not dealt with a single Patriot dealership yet that has not been dishonest or crooked in some way. This one just flat will not own up to their responsibilities. Not only did I lose my truck I lost the use of my boat for the entire summer and the fact I am having to put other people out to get me where I need to be. IT IS A SAD DAY WHEN A CAR DEALER WHO HONESTLY COULD HAVE COME OUT OF THIS WITHOUT A SCRATCH WILL TREAT PEOPLE OF THE CUSTOMER BASE LIKE THIS. More

Went in today to look at a used 2012 Buick Enclave that was listed on the web for approximately $6. Drove 1 1/2 hours to get there. The car hadn’t been cleaned and was disgusting. I bought a truck from their dealership paid a good bit but yet no one cleared out that I would still have to pay to get my title! I’m from Texas and I went to OK because I saw the truck I got online thought it was a good deal but I did not know they DO NOT include the title in with the price. If that salesman would have mentioned it and made it clear it was not going to be included instead of making me think it was already I would have never bought the truck!!
