I give no stars,, maybe half for the lady who kept saying she was sorry .. drove a 1and half drive to see a car for 2500 price. got there =car was not detailed clean period, both handles on the passenger sid she was sorry .. drove a 1and half drive to see a car for 2500 price. got there =car was not detailed clean period, both handles on the passenger side were missing,(was told by phone prior going over there that they were working on the handles, but was told the car would not come with handles when we got there. when turned the car on it made a very loud noise like the compressor was going out. then they tried to sell us a 5.000 $ car on payments, we were not looking for a payment car, WHAT CAR DEALERSHIP SELL A CAR WITHOUT HANDELS AND SOUNDS LIKE A PIECE OF CRAP. I was just in this dealership yesterday, I drove from Moore, OK to see and test drive a 2021 Bronco Sport Big Bend. What I thought I was going to see was a Bronco that showed to have leather seats, sunro Moore, OK to see and test drive a 2021 Bronco Sport Big Bend. What I thought I was going to see was a Bronco that showed to have leather seats, sunroof it was loaded. I get down there to see vehicle that was NOT the one showing on Cargurus. This vehicle had cloth seats, no power seats, no sunroof it was not loaded whatsoever. They are pricing the vehicle at the loaded price of $36,888. I had told the GM that this vehicle is not what it shows to be and I didn’t want to pay the high price with it not being loaded I said that’s too much. And that I had found them for $30,000, of which the GM was very rude and condensing attitude told me I couldn’t get a better deal and that you can’t find that price on this vehicle and I had already seen other dealers for the lower price with leather seats. He acted very rude towards me as if I was an idiot and I have a email stating there is a vehicle just like the one they had at a dealership for what I said $30,000. I will make sure he gets a picture of that email that I was right about getting vehicle cheaper. That for one thing what I thought I was coming to see WAS NOT what they had at dealership but yet they want to sell that vehicle likes it loaded when it’s not. They blame it’s a third party posting…ok well they didn’t pull the numbers from the air they had to get it somewhere. The GM acted like he was giving me a good deal but the car was not as it showed and other thing was it was same color as advertised but did not have any of extra options. The GM was very rude saying “well you drove down here, yes I did but I also thought I was coming to see a totally different Bronco that what was listed. I WILL NEVER go back to that place to buy anything from them. I was also there only with my teenage son while my husband was at work, so being treated like I am an idiot because my husband isn’t here didn’t sit well with me at all. MAKE SURE you verify the vehicle before ever going because what’s listed isn’t what they have at lot but still charge high price for half the options. Their NOT ripping off this Mother. More
