We visited a dealer prior to Patriot Buick. The salesman there listened to what we were looking for as far as price and payment. He said to let him check something: He returned with a manager and he said he could get the payment for the car in the $200s. This would put us in a better car. We declined and continued our walk-in search at Patriot, Justin Jarrell asked what he could do for us. We told him what we were looking for. He then asked our budget. I said $1500. He said they didn't have any cars in that price range. My wife told him I meant $15000. Duh? Justin said he would check and be right back. We thought oh no. Justin returned and said he had the perfect car to fit our budget. He showed us a 2007 Buick Lucerne with 45.456 miles on the odometer. The test drive was fantastic. The price and payments fit our budget. Justin not only listened but actually heard what we were saying. Justin has a sense of humor and an honest connect with people. I have bought several new vehicles from them but service is horrible. I took my truck in there to get service and the try to sell you a cabin air filter when it was brand new a week before and Jill in servi is horrible. Randy asked me if I was not a man of my word for not agreeing to buy the car at a higher price then after asking for my deposit back he asked me if I was not a man, just because I did not agree to getting screwed over?
