Doug went above and beyond for me ! He made the sale happen! My credit is not great but he worked so hard for me! Treated me like a person not just a customer! He made the sale happen! My credit is not great but he worked so hard for me! Treated me like a person not just a customer! More
Viewed a 2020 Traverse online. On-line price was $23,500. My negotiation was based on $23,500. Was never told otherwise so I assumed all was well. Offer included that they instal On-line price was $23,500. My negotiation was based on $23,500. Was never told otherwise so I assumed all was well. Offer included that they install a hitch and wiring harness at no cost to me. They indicated that they use many lenders but recommended their in-house or favorite lender. I told them that My credit union offered a rate that was less than theirs, so they agreed to use it. After 3 weeks of delay in getting the hitch installed, I asked them to re-do the financing since I had not taken possession of the car yet. The finance agent met me off site and then informed me that I was unable to get my financing at my credit union because the rate would be around 9.5% instead of 6.49%. I have since found that to be a lie. I finally got the Traverse with the hitch but there was no wiring harness, which was important as I drive it sometimes at night. The finance agent, Tony, told me to have it done and bring the receipt, and they would cut a check. Another lie. I finally got all my paperwork in the mail and found out that the sales price went from $23,500 to $29,995. I contacted the finance agent, Tony, to find out what happened. He couldn't give me a good answer. So, I told him I would be at the dealership at 3:00 on Friday and hoped he would make it right. When I got to the dealership Tony handed me off to some sales manager. He told me that the $23,500 was an "On-Line" price and only if I had a resaleable trade and if the dealership would finance the car. None of that was ever mentioned throughout the negotiations, as I mentioned The Price of $23,500 many times. MORE DECEPTIONS AND LIES. I know I can take part of the blame for this, because I did not review that paperwork. I told the sales manager that if he could split the difference because his company was also to blame then I would consider it a fair deal. The sales manager told me he would speak to the GM since the Traverse had already been funded. I said that since the dealership was the beneficiary of the funding you should be able refund it and then finance Traverse at $23,500. He told me that he would call me on Monday, Columbus Day, and at least Tuesday to let me know. ANOTHER LIE. As of yet, I have not heard from them. When I told the sales manager that there was only one key fob and it did not have the emergency key in it, the sales manager told me that I could make a claim. My paperwork that I signed on 9-4-23 said I had received 2 fobs, but I did not take possession until the 5th of October. My guess, since I haven't received my check for the wiring harness, that too will turn out to be another lie. I should have read the reviews of this Company, because this is the mindset in all the stores around the state. Anything for a sale. I told the sale manager that this was the worst experience that I have ever had. Probably nothing will get done about this. But the Tulsa area should know about these deceptive practices. I do have several lawyer friends, and I am considering calling one or two of the local television stations. More
Most dishonest dealer and dealership with whom I have ever dealt. First, we purchased a vehicle in 2018 and were sold on the “lifetime warranty.” The salesman told us it was “bumper to bumper” warrant ever dealt. First, we purchased a vehicle in 2018 and were sold on the “lifetime warranty.” The salesman told us it was “bumper to bumper” warranty, turns out, it was not. We followed all of the guidelines of the warranty, even calling the warranty company to have them approve where we got service. We made sure all the service was done on time and uploaded all records on the warranty company’s app. When the transmission went out at around 75K miles, we called the warranty company and they denied the claim because we were not at the selling dealership. When we called Patriot, they told us that they would take care of getting the warranty company to cover it. However, when the issue got Tatton Manning, he refused to honor their contract. The warranty company said that we did ask for permission to make oil changes and voided our warranty, after the fact. Patriot never honored their word and we were out over $7000.00 for a new transmission. I have other business dealings with them and they have NEVER acted with integrity. More
I took our car in with two problems. The first one was notifications that the Tire Monitor and Stabilitrac needed servicing. The second one was that the remote key fob was not working. The first one was notifications that the Tire Monitor and Stabilitrac needed servicing. The second one was that the remote key fob was not working. When I picked up the car, the service rep said the Tire Monitor problem had been fixed, no problem could be found with Stabilitrac, the battery in the key fob had been replaced. When I started to leave the key fob wouldn't work. I contacted the service rep and he tried the fob and got the same result. He concluded the fob was defective and would need to be replaced. His estimate was that replacement and "installation" would be between $350 & $400 (I don't remember the exact estimate). I said it was not worth that much and I would do without it. Afterward I found out that Amazon had a replacement fob for our car for under $30 so I ordered it. The Owner's Manual contains detailed instructions for fob reprogramming but the Amazon would not reprogram (I will return it for a refund). On a whim I attempted to reprogram our original fob. It indicated when reprogramming was complete and all the buttons worked! My assumption is that service replaced the fob battery but did not reprogram it. I see three disturbing situations: No one checked the fob after replacing the battery (strike one). The estimated cost to replace the fob are unexplainable (strike 2). If I had elected for Partiot to replace it I would have never had known it was unnecessary (strike 3) To date. no further problems with the Tire Monitor or the Stablitrac.
