Five years ago went in to purchase a car, but sales staff was more worried about eating their fast food breakfast someone brought in than selling a vehicle. Now today, went in with a question on installing was more worried about eating their fast food breakfast someone brought in than selling a vehicle. Now today, went in with a question on installing a replacement part, only to be jumped around between service and parts. The parts guy talked to a tech said you had to remove the part thru the trunk but our vehicle a Hyundai Sante Fe does not have a trunk. Parts guy or tech would not even look on their computer to see the diagram on the part installation. Just kept saying you have to take it out thru the trunk. Definitely could care less if they helped us. More

My previous experience with dealerships were terrible, but the energy here was incredible.
