Tried to make an appointment online, but they never called me back. After 3 days I finally called to make the appointment. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. I reminded them when I checked in th called me back. After 3 days I finally called to make the appointment. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. I reminded them when I checked in that I had just purchased the tires from them 6 months ago, so the tire rotation should be free. When I got the bill, they had charged me $20 for the tire rotation, so I had to talk with the service manager to get that changed. This dealership has to get their act together! More
