Horrible experience. Had two chances to fix a problem with the front differential and it was not fixed either time. Wasted two months of my time! When I picked up my new truck, my wife noticed a few paint chips on the door handle and a gash in the glove box. Patriot Ford not only fixed the paint and replaced the glove box with a new one, but they paint chips on the door handle and a gash in the glove box. Very disappointed with the service center. Requested an oil change and tire rotation on my truck at 50,000 miles. An oil change and tire rotation costed me $157. Mind you I also bought 4 new tires from patriot only a few short months prior. Got the truck back, tried to drive it home and it shook terribly. Brought the truck back into service, and was told the tires were not balanced after the rotation. I was charged an additional $113 for them to balance the two rear tires. I was told “balancing tires after the rotation is not part of the service, it is additional.” I don’t understand why you would rotate tires and not balance them afterwards, great way to ruin your vehicle. Essentially I was additionally charged for their carelessness. Also no new sticker was placed on my windshield after the oil change indicating the mileage when the next oil change should occur. Honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t even change my oil in the first place! Terrible experience, will not be taking my truck back to Patriot. I take pride in my vehicle and the service that goes into it. Patriot does not. More
