The service department is a absolute joke. Took truck to get oil changed and paid $269.00 when i got home had low oil pressure. I called Ashley and she sent a tech out and he looked it over and said oil had not been changed. Then he changed it in my shop where he poured nasty black oil all over my shop floor that my son ended up cleaning it. So how many miles would i have had if low oil pressure would not have came on? How many others have had this? I paid for BG in my truck and not sure if it even has it. Mechanic said he mixed it in before he came out but who knows. Your Pryor shop is a joke and i will not come back or purchase another vehicle from you. Mike Wisdom More
