Told me my tires were bad and wires were sticking out and tried to get me to spend 850 minimum on new tires. My husband took the car to a tire shop and they said the tires were still good and had awhile to g tried to get me to spend 850 minimum on new tires. At first everything was great. All the request was done ( new wind shield wipers/ tires balanced). then we began to have problems. We had to tell Mr. Baker at least 3 times our address as I have bought 4 vehicles from the previous owner. One was when I lived at the lake then moved to Wagoner and later to our present address. When the P/U was delivered to us It went to the lake house ( he was given the wrong address) he called us and we gave him our address then it was delivered. The next problem was that we got to thinking (8 days later) and called to make sure that the title would be sent to the correct address after several promises that we would receive a call back. Nothing happened so we called you back then and finally got hold of a person that could check for the correct address. It was not. Still had the old address. ( guess where it would have been sent if we had not followed up on it ourselves) I called back after nearly 3 weeks to see why I had not received the title so I could things done. I was told again that I would receive a call back. NOTHING. I called back next day after telling the person that answered the phone what I was needing, She put me in contact withe a person. She the told me the title was going out in the mail that day. Bottom line is just follow up on what we or other people are told. I hope we do not have any other problems with you as I will be bringing the P/U in for servicing. More
