Numbers or trade in offer were never discussed. Floor salesman said it would be talked in the finance office. Once we got to the finance office began asking to sign off on finalizing paper work. I was supposed to receive a tire rotation with my oil change and noticed once I got home that the tires did not get rotated as noted on the statement. I went through the whole buying process, finance and all and waited 5 days for my car to be available and I never received a call, text, email, or anything else from the dealership.
