The last time I was there for a fuel filter change they stripped out the canister that holds the fuel water separator out one time before they rotated the tires didn't get my hubcaps put on good and done t stripped out the canister that holds the fuel water separator out one time before they rotated the tires didn't get my hubcaps put on good and done the same thing this time when I was there lost a hubcap after a tire rotation, the only good thing is that they did give me a new hubcap before and hoping they'll do the same this time More

The dealership has no leadership. My vehicle was not fixed but I paid for it. I took it to another dealership to get the same repairs redone. The dealership knew when I left that the My vehicle was not fixed but I paid for it. I took it to another dealership to get the same repairs redone. The dealership knew when I left that the truck was not repaired. They stated they had a lot of problems with mechanics and the mechanics leave early on Friday. So no one was available to do anything with the truck. If I left the truck they would see what they could do next week. I didn’t feel confident that they would do anything. They didn’t feel confident in their team. I’ve purchased 3 trucks at a time from this location. We have close to 30 vehicles. Our company is no longer allowed to take a vehicle to this dealership.
