Lack of communication, service needs to be looked into left 4 of 5 lugs loose on our chevy equinox, called never heard anything back. My son drives back and forth from west tulsa to Claremore everyday. V left 4 of 5 lugs loose on our chevy equinox, called never heard anything back. I⅕³ notified the dealership that I was coming to purchase the car at 6pm, they close at 8pm. Paperwork was finally signed and I was ready to leave at 10lpm. The car had not been detailed at all, chips and fr the car at 6pm, they close at 8pm. Paperwork was finally signed and I was ready to leave at 10lpm. The car had not been detailed at all, chips and fries under the seats, big stain in the trunk, floor mats in the trunk, sticky taped paper on the windows, the outside had not been washed since they acquired the vehicle, idk if that was to hide some scratches that are now obvious since it clean. And then to top it all off I was given the car with 13 miles to empty..... Not a terrible experience just not the best. More
