We were not pleased with our complete service beginning with the sales… We felt like we were not treated with white glove service- it was a struggle to get answers and the staff made us feel bad that we wa with the sales… We felt like we were not treated with white glove service- it was a struggle to get answers and the staff made us feel bad that we wanted to stick to the agreement we made with the sales staff and manager. Unfortunately, had hoped this would have been a better experience and we would gladly refer others. But after having to travel up to Pryor on 3 separate occasions- which was a good 50 min from our home- having to sign paperwork that was not completed on the finance side and then coming up to get our vehicle and there was a door handle with a hole in it and other service issues not completed- kind of made us scratch our heads to wonder if anyone really did a complete check on our vehicle. It was not cleaned- when we finally got it- it was dirty with animal hair and items left under the seats. As a whole we were not pleased. More

Tyler was very nice and helpful. But did not appreciate the additional fees added when asked prior to driving the 3 1/2 hours if the price was what it was as listed as online. I do not think you should be charged a “service fee and patronize fee” when the vehicle wasn’t completely serviced and needs an oil change that they could not do that day. More
