I work in the oil and gas industry, so I travel all over the United States. I have never been able to get my truck in and out of service with everything done that needed to be done until now. I normally onl the United States. I have never been able to get my truck in and out of service with everything done that needed to be done until now. I normally only have 2 days home a month. Kyle assured me he would have my truck done before I had to leave out or they would only do what they could in the time they had. Excellent job and great communication. Thank you Kyle !!!! More

Dalton was great to work with. Was told 6 month / 6,000 mile warranty, then told it wasn’t actually applicable once we had already signed the documents. A tire swap was part of the deal and they haven’t followed through. The radio / audio doesn’t work and I asked if they had checked it out and they said they had. Took it to Ford and they said it was stuck in an update mode for months, therefore it couldn’t have been verified as functional. Now over $2,300 into fixing this issue a was told “too bad”. More
