You guys have lost your minds and how ignorant of you to ever do anybody so disgustingly unprofessionally and beyond acceptable to sell such a lemon to anyone but if you do not correct this today I will be there so quick with every news stations that I can get together for me to get the chance to do a live interview so that I can assure that the public is aware so nobody else can have to go through the same scam as I have had pulled on me and I had no choice but to drive it home since you had to send a driver to get me!!! And I received the letter from American Credit Acceptance dated 7/13/2021 stating I was not approved for the loan on the Car and I called them to confirm that you have documentation for the creditor of the car that is not even driveable and they don't have me in the system at all!?!?!? The 13th is the exact day I got the text from Zac Brown telling me to call him back he had good news! The letter States they had one other credit option and to discuss it with the dealership but if they had not heard from me within 30 days with written notice there would be no other option I was not approved for the loan! So you want to tell me why I have a car in my alley that you sent a person to come and get without refunding my down payment that you had no right to even take from me for it went from 2000 to 2500 then ultimately the 2700 as documented yet waited till after 5:30 to call me back to talk to Austin while Austin did nothing but lie and tell me there was nothing I could do about it that was the only way they could get the loan approved was adding the $4,000 warranty and he was sorry how else was I going to get home but not to worry I could trust him he was going to make that $4,000 warranty go away it was something America credit acceptance demanded to be able to get the loan approved, you guys should beyond unbelievably stingray corrupt.
