When I purchased my 21 ram, the service area did not detail and cleaned of All trash and paper shreds from shipping. The trash out I found a live beetle under the back passenger floor mat. This didn’t completely ruin my purchase experience but it did damage the professionalism image I had of dodge. This was the first ever dodge truck I purchased and wasn’t really impressed. Cory did a good job on getting me to look at the car, but after that my Experience took a turn for the worst. More
