Patriot Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of McAlester - Service Center

Came to pick up my repaired 2015 Jeep Cherokee trailhawk 575 dollars and when I started it to leave all the errors were still there. Drove from parking spot directly back to the service entrance and they t 575 dollars and when I started it to leave all the errors were still there. Drove from parking spot directly back to the service entrance and they tried to clear errors but could not. This is the 3rd time it has been to the this dealer to repair this same problem. I have not gotten more then 3000 miles after a repair but this was the quickest failure yet. Each time has cost me more then $500. This last time they warranted the part price but not the labor, hopefully since it didn't leave the dealership this time everything will be under warrantee. More

On arrival they started working on my vehicle and was telling me what I needed to do my vehicle. They did the work changed the oil and rotated the tires, and showed me that I needed to replace a couple telling me what I needed to do my vehicle. I use a walker and the lady in the service dept. pulled my vehicle up so I didn't have to walk where they usually park it. Good Job More

The service department has always been straightforward and upfront with every service I’ve had. Very knowledgeable and keep you informed by finding you(while you wait) and letting you know where they are and upfront with every service I’ve had.
