Dealer took forever to work on a simple problem. Car was towed there where it sat for 5 business days without an answer. Had to go in and speak to the general manager to get anything done just to ge Car was towed there where it sat for 5 business days without an answer. Had to go in and speak to the general manager to get anything done just to get a code read. Then it cost 800+ dollars for a starter. Afterwards the car was making a noise that it wasn't making before I dropped it off. Took it back in where it sat for almost another week when I was told (we'll look at it first thing in the morning). Then nothing was done about it, they chalked it up to a "loose O2 sensor" meanwhile the car is still making the noise. How that passed their inspection is beyond me. Now I have to take it to another mechanic because I don't want to go anywhere near this dealership ever again. More
