Over charged on oil change. Told me my warranty was still good but said they had to change the oil to diagnose my truck. Once I went elsewhere I was told my warranty had expired 5k miles ago. I arrived at 7:40am for an 8am oil change appointment. I was supposed to get a ride home, but was told by service the driver arrives at 8am…but they could have me out of the service department by 8:30am.
