The sales people (especially Joe Castle) and the Finance guy (Dalton Durrossette) are awesome individuals to work with. They care about the customer and their customer service is above average!!! Over charged on oil change. Told me my warranty was still good but said they had to change the oil to diagnose my truck. Once I went elsewhere I was told my warranty had expired 5k miles ago. I’ve bought three vehicles from patriot the last four years and I will not return again, nor will I refer anyone else to this dealership. More
