Customer service Took my grandson to look at a car he had seen on the internet. He had a 4:30 appointment which I had him change because we couldn't make that. We were there at 5 pm and told they would let the salesman know. At 7 pm only one person had asked if we were being helped we told him we were waiting on a certain salesman who's name I want mention. At 7 pm it was a salesman walked by and I told him to tell this salesman we left. All at once we had the salesman get and salesman show up. They couldn't find the car which I found out later it had been sold, that's ok we understand but they couldn't find the keys to another one he was interested in. At about 7:50 pm finily got some keys. We drove the car but it had a few issue. They were going to get there mechanical people to check it out next day as it was well past there closing time, and call my grandson. They never called him so I called the manager and he was going to check and call me back which he did. He was going to make sure the salesman called my grandson which has not happened a day later. We drove 120 miles just to get the run around. We were also told that the one we went to get first that we didn't really want it anyway that it had problems and probably wouldn't have made it home in that one. That gives you lots of good feeling about this dealership. They were nice people but have poor skill's in my opinion. More
