BUYER BEWARE........Was a highly recommended dealership, to start with everyone is friendly and make you feel like a person and not just another sale . Now no help at all with the tags "unless I can send someone to buy a brand new vehicle from them" and wasn't even asking for them to pay the full amount for the tags only for them to help me out with them. Was treated like I'm trash and a salesman even told my wife she was ridiculous over the phone, by the way his name is Jacob Patterson . Lost all the respect that they earned to start with. Went from highly satisfied to 110% worst experience ever. Again buyers beware , don't expect any help after the deal is done unless of course you want to send a friend or loved one to buy a new vehicle and them to get treated the same way. Definitely not a way to keep people coming back for life or recommending anyone else to purchase from them More

False Advertising Swindle I first found this dealer via CarGurus. I am in the market for Jeep Wrangler. I was notified of a great price for the 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sah I first found this dealer via CarGurus. I am in the market for Jeep Wrangler. I was notified of a great price for the 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara 4WD - $33,000. I proceded to the dealer's website to check out the price and all the specs of the jeep. I then contacted the dealer and was connected to Jake McCall. We discussed the condition of the vehicle and the warranty. We briefly discussed price and if he could give any better deal. I told him I would like to move forward, give him my credit card to hold it, and we would come up, 3 hours drive, in the morning. He said he would be in touch with his manager to see if there were any other discounts he could provide us and call us back to confirm. Jake called back less than an hour later stating the actual price is $37,500 and asked if I would still be interested. I kindly said no. This is false advertising and swindle. This is a sick joke. It should not be allowed and should be punished. More

Patriot of McAlester is AWESOME So, I HAD to buy a new car. This did not make me happy. I walked in, got pre-approved (Nick Adam's is awesome) and told Nick to go find me a car. He a So, I HAD to buy a new car. This did not make me happy. I walked in, got pre-approved (Nick Adam's is awesome) and told Nick to go find me a car. He asked what I wanted and I said 'I want a cross-over'. Then he started asking questions like what kind, what color, what features...I said 'I don't care, I just need a car. He left, pulled up front with a Jeep Cherokee and I said "Great, I'll take it'. I know this isn't how normal people shop for cars, but I seriously HATE buying new cars. Nick and Patriot made the whole process sooooooo easy. If you are looking for GREAT deals, amazing service and a car, of course, GO TO PATRIOT OF MCALESTER. More
Misleading, Vague, and Condescending Can I give 0 stars? Set up an appointment with a woman over the phone and a sales guy texted me to ask for some info to "speed things up." I didn't re Can I give 0 stars? Set up an appointment with a woman over the phone and a sales guy texted me to ask for some info to "speed things up." I didn't respond quickly enough and before I could, he texted again ‘hello?’ You know, like an insane person. So I responded, apologized and asked what info he needed. He requested my birthdate and SSN over text message? So he was trying to pull my credit without my permission or knowledge- I politely declined to give this information. This seemed a little off but the advertised price was really good so I made the 45 minute drive. I had a different salesperson when we went in and he was very nice. Test drove the car and it was perfect so we headed inside to talk numbers. This is where it gets interesting. They told us there would be no hard inquiry and I asked them not to do so until we discussed all of the options. I specifically mentioned the advertised internet price and where I wanted my payments to be. After a few minutes the original sales guy who had texted me, let's call him Chad, came over to very briefly and vaguely mansplain to me why I didn't qualify for any rebates or discounts and gave some outrageously high number for monthly payments. The price of the car had also suddenly become nearly 10k more than the advertised price online- which is why I was there. So I asked him for a specific breakdown of the pricing of the car and why the payments were that expensive. Now enter Chad 2.0, bigger and more obnoxious, to close the deal. Explains he had in fact made the decision himself to run a hard inquiry on my credit report because he knew that the internal financing was the only one who would finance me and offered 14% interest. When I then asked him for a breakdown of why the payment would be so high for such a low priced vehicle he said “well I wrote it down on the other paper”, which I'd never seen, then he huffed and stormed off. 5 minutes later the nice salesperson, who led me to believe this would be a relatively pleasant experience, returned with a piece of copy paper from Chad 2.0. On it was written 3 numbers erratically scribbled in sharpie with no rational relationship to one another, still no payment breakdown, and still well over the advertised price, even without the rebates I was not qualified for. I explained to the nice salesperson (who should seriously consider working at a different dealership) that due to the way I was treated and disrespected by the Chads that I would not be purchasing a vehicle from them. I went in fully prepared to buy the car and very willing to work with their team on pricing/payments. Truly it should’ve been a slam-dunk for them. Yet I drove away from the lot in my old car having had an experience that was confusing, misleading, and condescending. Do not go here unless you are a mathematical gynmast who enjoys being spoken to like a 5 year old who broke a lamp. More
