Brought my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had received a recall notice but didn’t even mention it because they were busy that day. When the service manager came out to tell me my vehicle wa I had received a recall notice but didn’t even mention it because they were busy that day. When the service manager came out to tell me my vehicle was all done, he said and we were able to get your recall taken care of as well. Pretty quick service and attentive and very friendly.. Quoted a price for tires and alignment and had them installed the same week. After they installed the tires and did the alignment, they gave me a bill for several hundred more than quoted. Talked to m installed the same week. After they installed the tires and did the alignment, they gave me a bill for several hundred more than quoted. Talked to manager and they did not stand behind quote. Also was lied to when I bought my truck there. Not sure they will get my business again. More
