Loss complete trust in the service department! My Ram1500 has been serviced there since 2018, recently I found that my tires were not being rotated as one set of tires had considerable more wear t My Ram1500 has been serviced there since 2018, recently I found that my tires were not being rotated as one set of tires had considerable more wear than the other two. Last week I placed colored dots on my new tires to see if they were being rotated. I checked the tires before leaving the dealership, all 4 dots had been removed. I'm going to find another place to service my tires and even my oil changes. I'm 75, Don't like getting screwed. This dealership has had management problems for years! More
