Only want your money I had my vehicle worked on by Jim Olson. When it was done the check engine light was still on. They told me it may take a while to clear. After a d I had my vehicle worked on by Jim Olson. When it was done the check engine light was still on. They told me it may take a while to clear. After a day of driving and it still was on I took my vehicle to a different dealership. They told me that the original problem still exhists, and now a short took out my computer. This new issue probably causeed by the tech shorting out a wire is now a 3000.00 repair. Jim Olson and his staff won't even acknowledge the new problem. They just want there money for "fixing" it the first time. More

Mr. Jim Olson provides good customer service Purchased Jeep Grand Cherokee has defected paint job and Jim Olson does not support repairing the problem. Even tho Jim Olson was pleased to take my money they now do not stand behind they product or customer. UPDATE 10/26/17: MR JIM OLSON CALLED ME TO DISCUSS MY CONCERNS. HE WAS POLITE, UNDERSTANDING AND PROVIDED GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CORRECT THE SITUATION. GIVEN MR OLSON'S ACTIONS I FULLY RECOMMEND JIM OLSON JEEP.
