Need to work on internal communication. I called three (3) days in advance for an appointment. When I arrived at scheduled time the service writer could not find me on schedule. It was unique. I ordered the part and they put it on. In addition to taxes apparently they charge shop materials. Different as most people charge for parts if they have to order them. Labor. Yes.
