"Great Dealership, Great Service.. A True Patriot" Was in the other day for second visit for service to our Dodge Journey.. We had just recent found this dealership, as we had lost our last dealer Was in the other day for second visit for service to our Dodge Journey.. We had just recent found this dealership, as we had lost our last dealer in a change of ownership last year.. So glad we found Patriot Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Chandler ! The people we have met so far were so helpful & friendly, and the facility is even closer for us than our previous dealership! A true & fitting name, Patriot ! We have adopted this complex as we have 5 Mopar vehicles, (What to expect, since wife grew up down the road from Richard Petty ! ) and will be back for more work & service in the future. Our work on second visit was performed rather quickly, I feel as well .. Tommy, in the Service Dept. was very helpful, & friendly, and the shop are so neat, & clean ! The complex itself is Huge ! I walked around the entire facility on last visit, and was amazed at the complex, all of the departments, work bays, & more ! Everyone we have met here so far has been great, helpful, and friendly ... I bought some new "Patriot" Mud Flaps also, and just this morning installed on our RAM 3500 Laramie Longhorn.. They look great, also ! We hope to have a long, lasting relationship here at Patriot Dodge, and for sure, this will be our point of purchase for our new vehicle in future.. Thanx, Patriot ! ! ! Oil Change and vehicle check-up. On very short notice, I was able to schedule an appointment for an oil change and tire pressure check/adjustment through Rocky in the Service Departme On very short notice, I was able to schedule an appointment for an oil change and tire pressure check/adjustment through Rocky in the Service Department. My vehicle was taken into the shop very shortly after my arrival, and the requested oil change was performed. Once i paid my bill for the work, I took delivery of my 2010 Ram 1500 and noticed immediately that the tire pressures were exactly the same as they were at the time I dropped my vehicle at the service entrance door. I drove several hundred yards to see if the pressures just needed wheel rotation to reset the pressure readings, but the readings stayed the same. I immediately drove back to the service entrance and notified Rocky of the problem. He obtained a gauge to check the tire pressures and immediately made the required adjustments.. The readings are correct now, and holding. Thanks, Rocky! More
