I received a mailer from FCA which instructed me to contact Jeep service with the letter. I talked to Rocky who was very familiar with the letter and the process to check for the problem. He scheduled an appointment for me asking if the timing was good for my schedule. I took Jeep in & Rocky had a person ready to take me to work. He called me twice during the testing, the second time to tell me it was finished and they would bring Jeep back to me. Rocky called me later that afternoon to assure that I had no problems with the condition of Jeep when returned and to tell me when I needed to bring it back. He does a very good job for Patriot.
