Unexpected high maintenance bill the quote sent by email was around $150 for oil and irk filter change, but I noticed they left off the fuel filters on quote when scheduling. I was expecting $250 for the se was around $150 for oil and irk filter change, but I noticed they left off the fuel filters on quote when scheduling. I was expecting $250 for the service as it was the time before. I got my final bill for oil and fuel filter change $482. This was not a pleasant surprise, and the service manager offer me a $100 discount for completing my last review never sent me the email for the discount email. So I didn't get my discount as promised and I'm still waiting for my dealership referral check from 3 years ago when I referred two customer to patriot who both bought vehicles from patriot and gave them my name to their sales person. I will be finding a new place to service my vehicles. More

I was unhappy with the cleanliness of my truck after getting the oil changed. There were so much residual oil left underneath the truck it dripped in my garage. I had to wipe off the crossmember and the getting the oil changed. There were so much residual oil left underneath the truck it dripped in my garage. I took a high mileage Jeep, that I only drive ocassionally, in for service. They took care of the maintenance items I requested and did a nice job of letting know what repairs were really needed ocassionally, in for service.
