Blake from Setvice is very good at his job. He completely goes over everything on our new Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. He went into detail where we understood everything. I contacted the dealership in February regarding my compass not working and was asked to bring it in as it was still under warranty. I took the truck in they checked it reset my computer system and no compass not working and was asked to bring it in as it was still under warranty. I took the truck in they checked it reset my computer system and nothing. They then advised to take out and drive in circles and it would reset. I did this and still nothing. They advised we would need to order another radio. I heard nothing for over to months . When I finally called to ask about it I was told " yes it is in" nd an appointment was set up to bring my truck in. Once I brought my truck in I asked why it had taken so long and they said they had the wrong number for me. This was funny because I received a text the day after I first brought it in asking me to fill out the survey. At any rate, they called said there was a problem, the installed the new radio but the touchscreen didn't work and would have to order another one and they would contact me when it came in. I have waited from March to August and no call. I finally had to have my truck serviced for an oil change and asked about the radio. I was told it was there and that they could get in in in just a few days. I asked if they could also install an aftermarket light bar at that time and how much that would cost. The price was over what I wanted to spend but the radio was installed and working properly. I thought they should have installed the light bar at a lessor price if not free due to the negligence on their part on fixing my truck. More
