Since I bought my truck I've had both it and my wife's Jeep serviced at Patriot. Rocky and Jim in the service department have both continued to provide the same commitment to customer service as when I purchased my truck. I called the service department on Monday to schedule an oil change, a headlamp replacement, and an alignment. I was scheduled for Wednesday morning. I live an hour’s drive away from the dealership. The oil was changed. The headlamp needed to be shipped overnight from Dallas, and would be there Thursday morning. The machine to check the alignment was not working. I asked that I be called or texted when the headlamp arrived so I could schedule another appointment. Thursday afternoon I reached the service department on the 3rd try. I was scheduled for Friday after lunch. My headlamp was replaced. The alignment check failed, so I asked if it could be realigned at that time. I was told it would be a while, but they would try to get it done. When reviewing the report for the needed alignment, I noticed that while the picture shown was of my Dodge Journey, the information below referenced a Ford Mustang. Now I wonder if I got an alignment when I didn’t need one, or if the Ford didn’t get one if it needed one! Just a confused mess. More
