I had priced the same job at another dealership and they couldn't do it because of parts. I came to this dealership because they had the key fob in stock. After asking two different people, ( parts and serv couldn't do it because of parts. I came to this dealership because they had the key fob in stock. After asking two different people, ( parts and service the price and did not get an answer and thinking that both were Chrysler dealers that the labor cost would be the same (but it wasn't) I was giving a bill for the labor that was 4 times the first one. Needless to say that I will never go there or send anyone else there and will be glad to tell others what I think about my visit More

It only took 2 days to complete just like the recall said and they even offered me a ride home if I needed one after I dropped my vehicle off .
