Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Patriot to see if they could fix a problem that the Jeep Dealer in Shawnee couldn't. Talked to Rocky when I brought it in and in 10 minutes Kyle found the problem. I have issues with ever Chrysler dealership I have been to. I have been to this one a few times and it is always something. This last time the charged me for service when they shouldn’t have. I am tired of to. I have been to this one a few times and it is always something. This last time the charged me for service when they shouldn’t have. I am tired of being screwed over or attempted to be with ever oil change that I paid a service contract for when I bought a brand new vehicle for $60,000! More
