Even with scheduling an appointment, which I arrived on time for, I had to wait 2 hours for an oil change! The employee that checked me in was less than friendly. Even though I have another complimentary o time for, I had to wait 2 hours for an oil change! The employee that checked me in was less than friendly. Even though I have another complimentary oil change remaining after purchasing my vehicle, I won’t be back. My time is worth paying for the service at a place that will have me in and out in half an hour. More

Wish they would have told me that my service contract was ending on my last oil change. So i was in little bit of shock that i had to pay for this one. So I was not real happy not knowing that. I drive from ending on my last oil change. So i was in little bit of shock that i had to pay for this one. So I was not real happy not knowing that. I drive from Moore ok just for that. Now this might be the last time to make that trip. Also I think the last oil change before Saturdays the tech must have kept my splin lock key for my lug nuts. Patriot techs are the only ones that have rotated these tires. My fault not for checking after I leave each time. Either way wasnt the best experience I've there. More
