Well for starters I would never recommend you take your vehicle into the service department! Very unprofessional and rude when you tell them you notice a problem upon pick up. In addition to being rude the gentleman whom contacted me was so rude I had to tell them to talk to my boyfriend due to the fact they was taking to me like I do not know anything about my vehicle and made me feel very bad! My boyfriend had to get rude with them just for them to fix the problem in which they created in the first place! There needs to be better service people than what they have now. Few pointers for y’all don't antagonize your customers, don’t talk to them like you wouldn’t want talked to, and last but not least respect people’s property! More
