Oil Change and vehicle check-up. On very short notice, I was able to schedule an appointment for an oil change and tire pressure check/adjustment through Rocky in the Service Departme On very short notice, I was able to schedule an appointment for an oil change and tire pressure check/adjustment through Rocky in the Service Department. My vehicle was taken into the shop very shortly after my arrival, and the requested oil change was performed. Once i paid my bill for the work, I took delivery of my 2010 Ram 1500 and noticed immediately that the tire pressures were exactly the same as they were at the time I dropped my vehicle at the service entrance door. I drove several hundred yards to see if the pressures just needed wheel rotation to reset the pressure readings, but the readings stayed the same. I immediately drove back to the service entrance and notified Rocky of the problem. He obtained a gauge to check the tire pressures and immediately made the required adjustments.. The readings are correct now, and holding. Thanks, Rocky! More
