Best car buying experience ever We were treated well and the price was established before negotiating. I got a better deal than I expected. I told them that my payment was not to exceed a given amount and I expected to be disappointed. Not only did they get the payment within $2 of what I demanded, they also added a 6 year $150,000 mile warranty, paid for TT&L, and the 1st 4 oil changes. I will buy my next vehicle from Patriot and recommend them to family and friends. More

Out of town purchase I couldn't the exact Jeep in Dallas, so I searched out of town. I found one in Chandler Oklahoma. There were things my wife wanted on this Compass I couldn't the exact Jeep in Dallas, so I searched out of town. I found one in Chandler Oklahoma. There were things my wife wanted on this Compass that weren't there, yet. She wanted leather seats. Turns out they had a custom shop that gave her some very nice leather seats. They worked hard, were helpful and went the extra mile. The Customer Service agent, Blake Redus, gets a 10 for answering myquestions on his day off and answering my ton of questions before I drove off the lot. Derrion gets a 10 for coming in when he was under the weather and knew I'd be driving up from Texas. He also has a good on customization, Gladiators in particular. I don't know how many veterans are on staff, but the guy who helped on closing the deal, Ray, is a retired Marine. I'd be happy to recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More
