I was quoted $15k for my trade-in and when I went to purchase my vehicle all of a sudden it was $14k. I gave the dealer the chance to match my current financing and they would only give me the $15k trad purchase my vehicle all of a sudden it was $14k. I gave the dealer the chance to match my current financing and they would only give me the $15k trade-in value if I went with their APR which was 1.5% more than the pre-qualification I got from Capital One. The team deceived me and wasted a lot of my time. Their website states they pay $400 on your first payment for veterans and when inquired they would no do this as well. I went to buy a used vehicle they were not clear about their prices. Several times it was stated that I was not trading in a vehicle but I did want to finance. I asked for the total price it said the that their prices. Several times it was stated that I was not trading in a vehicle but I did want to finance. I asked for the total price it said the that there was a $509 documentation fee that's fine. So I made my way to the dealership. When I got there I test drove the vehicle everything looked good I was ready to purchase. The interest rate that quota was a little higher than I expected but that's all right the vehicle was priced well. When I went with the finance manager all of a sudden the vehicle ended up being $2,000 more. Their reasoning was it was $2,000 more because I didn't have a trade in, I was never mentioned anything about having a trade in in order to get the price only that I needed to find through them. They told me that there was a disclaimer on the website, on the website there is no mention at all of their being a fee for not having a trade in. This was very deceptive. For anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle from here be sure to get a full price quote written. Full price quote written. More

Marlo and Blake where great I felt like Marlo went the extra mile and was up front with me. I made 3.5 hour trip from Dallas Tx because I felt like I was getting a good deal. Blake was very helpful and knowable he reviewed all the Uconnect stuff with me (this is my 4th car with uconnect) and contacted me later to ask if I had any questions. The finance department is a different story I almost did not make the trip because they were changing numbers. They sent me a final price that I agreed too but when I got the there and reviewed the paper work it did not match. The total price increased by 1500 + dollars with no explanation or number to justify it, Its tactics like this that give car dealers a bad reputation More
