This dealership confirmed from 3 different employees that the cost of a RAM 1500 was $49,500. Now they are saying they got a price wrong that was posted on their website. I even spoke to an individual on the phone and they confirmed the pricing was good for Stock R22304. Now Arthur Bowie is saying the price is 78k when their website now says $68.495. Seems like the dealership should really figure out customer service and be on the same page with their pricing and be honest with customers. I've purchased over 30 cars and this is by far the worst experience. Please don't go here as they practice bait and switch. More

Will never do business with them again nor will i recommend ayone I know to.this dealership. As I was about to walk away from the deal they told me rhey put me at a lower interest rate got the bank s recommend ayone I know to.this dealership. As I was about to walk away from the deal they told me rhey put me at a lower interest rate got the bank statement today and the percentage was just what it was before. Their exact words were by us paying your tags and titles what we are giving you for your trade in and for the lower interest rate we are buying out your negative equity and when i was told 72 month loan i get the statement and it was 84 months they told me what I wanted to hear when they saw me walking away fed me a load of xx and wrapped it up as theyre good ole folks who just wanna see everyone happy. Only one person walked away happy and its not me. Should of sat and read every word of the documents but when they come in with a counter offer you expect them to honor it. The only thing they honored was the monthly payment and any dealership can do that stretching the payments out far enough. *Edit* In the heat of writing this I did leave out something or someone I should say Armando was fantastic to work with. He wasn't pushy to try and sell a car, didn't tell you lies to try and get you into something you didn't want. He was professional when it came to his job. I want to say I have no qualms with him when I originally walked in there it was just to get a a quote on my trade in and why we waites he showed me a couple trucks I may have been interested in and took no when I said I didnt want them. We were there until 10 pm on NYE why another salesman tried to get a deal made on the trucks i didnt want including a beat up one with 99,000 miles on it and he was the stereotypical car salesman that people hate to see when they go into a dealership but armando could tell I didnt want them, understood I came in just for a trade in value to make a decision. Why we waited showed me a couple trucks crunched the numbers and when i said it wasn't gonna work that was that and Inkniw thats got to be tough because I am sure management has a do what it takes to get a car sold mentality, otherwise they wouldn't hold your keys the entire time, shouldn'tbtake 3 hours to value a trade in landers dodge dis itniver the phone in 20 min and offered more. they doit to pressure you into trying to buy. Armando was the more professional of the staff, he used a no pressure approach, and after 3 hours at 10 pm when i finally got my keys back and was able to take my kids home, he followed back up with another truck he thought i would like. So I just wanted it to be known he had nothing to do with my bad experience.He was courteous, honest, listened to what I was saying and my concerns and was willing to let the deal go if I wasn't happy with it. So if you decide to go herehe is the one i would ask for. There are other pushier salesman who dont want to take no for an answer and will try and get you in a truck that you dont want by offering this this and that. Than when you come back in to look at a truck a you do like and was given a verbal this is what we can do for you, goes over how they're going to get it handled and you agree because the negative equity was your big concern and by doing these things that negative equity would be gone you agree. A deal you'd have to be stupid to pass up i believe was said. I also believe the another statement said was seems like I was in there tonjerk people around and waste time because I had been in there a few times. 1. Was in there twice the first time for 3 hours to go get an appraisal on the car and drove a truck they had listed at 30 brand new but dont tell you thats after rebates most arent going to get until they run your credit and another truck with 60k miles on it that was nice but didnt want to pay that much with those miles and was shown the 100k mile truck and didnt even test drive it because i didn't want it. Butthey xxxx sure tried to get me to buy it not Armando he took the no. The second time was to look at the truck i was sent i liked came to look at. Got there was told i had pay a never before mentioned down payment until i arrived and thats because there was a mix up between the guys running the numbers screw it they dont pay the gas for you to come out there and when you rethink it before signingbthat big of a commitment you're made to seem like your wasting peoples time for not automatically wanting to take a truck you dont want or for trying to be financially responsible after taking a step back to.make sure its the right decision. All this rambling being said alot of stuff was said to get a truck sold and it was not by armandon he tries to find the truck in my range id enjoy, he asked if there was anything he could do to save the deal when i decided i should wait but still accepted my decision and he didnt try and force me into a truck I didnt want. He was an all around stand up guy and probably to good an employee for that dealership. Like I said at the beginning I should of read more carefully because sometimes I forget that just because some people say things out loud to make a deal does not mean that their word means anything until its printed on paper so I will also take my piece of fault for not paying attention as I signed but Armando had nothing to do with any of this experience.
