Absolute worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Customer service is appalling and the communication is next to none. After running my credit with double the lenders we were told they also failed to Customer service is appalling and the communication is next to none. After running my credit with double the lenders we were told they also failed to tell us that we were actually approved with several other lenders then what they chose. Had our vehicle not even 3 weeks and already had to take it into the shop.. where it still sits. They have had it just as long if not longer then we have. Naturally we have heard run around after run around.. because this is what they do. I will never do business with any Patriot dealership and no worries about recommendations. I'm furious with how this place conducts themselves and business. More
