LESS THAN ONE STAR IF POSSIBLE I am just at this moment leaving patriot dodge in Chandler Oklahoma… I would not recommend so much as buying a bicycle from this place!!!!! I drove three hours for a deal that was already approved and when I arrived they decided they wanted me to make a different deal with 20 times the money down for a vehicle that was twice what I wanted to pay and then wouldn't approve anything!!! It's pretty bad when the salesman that you had been dealing with walked out with you and quit his job because of the way they were trying to screw us over!! We are following him at this very moment back to the dealership that he used to work at to buy a car from them!! Save your time… Save your money… And hide your keys in your pocket if you don't want to be royally screwed over by this company !!!!! I only put a one star rating because it didn't give an option for a negative rating !!!!! More

Finance manager rude and untruthful I had been looking at a car on the website for Patriot since the car was located at their Bartlesville location, just before they took over the dealer I had been looking at a car on the website for Patriot since the car was located at their Bartlesville location, just before they took over the dealership in Chandler. When I first called on the car I spoke with a salesman that was transferred from Bartlesville to the new location as well. The price of the car was listed online originally for $11,000. After about a weeks time I was finally able to make it to the Chandler location to take the car for a test drive. The day I planned on going to test drive it, the car was now listed for $12,000 (for those of you who are keeping track, that's $1,000 MORE than originally priced online). I went ahead and test drove the car and took my vehicle in for a trade appraisal. After test driving the car, I was met by the finance manager who asked me what payoff was on my vehicle, I told him I'd like to discuss the price of the car before I gave him that information (in other words I wasn't showing all my cards just yet). After about an hour speaking with the salesman, he goes to the finance desk and brings back a folded piece of paper with a few payment options written on it. I told him I'd like to see what they are offering for my trade, not just what payments would be. Then I proceeded to show him the numbers I had that I wanted to work with. Right about this time the finance manager came over to the desk we were working at and asked what the piece of paper with numbers were. I told him "these are the numbers I'd like to work with". He asked me where I came up with the price on the car I was looking at (I had put a negotiable price down on the paper that I was WILLING to work with). I told him that was my offer (the offer was 10,500, which was $500 less than the ORIGINAL price listed for the vehicle). The finance manager tells me, in a hateful tone "The car is listed for $12,000 online!" to which I responded "By the way, when did that get raised from 11,000 to 12,000?" he responded "It's 12,000 it's always been $12,000". I said "When I first looked at the vehicle it was 11" to which he responded "No it wasn't, it's never been that, it's always been 12" at which point I told him "obviously we don't have a deal here" and shook his hand. After leaving the dealership I sent a message to the salesman and told him "you and I both know the price of the vehicle was 11 when I first started looking" and he responded "I explained that to the finance manager and he apologizes for the confusion, that 12,000 was with fees and everything". So now they were trying to convince me that the price raised online due to fees and everything? No! They lost my business by calling me a liar and attempting to lie to me. I know that used car salesman have a bad rapport as it is, but they certainly defined what they are known by. Definitely will not be back at this dealership nor would I ever recommend anyone I know going there. More
