will never recommend this dealership to anyone I spent 9 hours at the dealership, 9 hours. 1 hour of that was waiting on my salesperson to show up and another 2 waiting for his manager. They put me in a Journey and then tried to put me in a van but only if I showed my spouse's income in which I told the salesperson Nathan that I did not want him on the deal and that I would like to purchase the vehicle on my own. Tried to make a deal with banks to have me pay the down payment when my taxes came in along with $1100 that I had on me that day. The day was ending and I needed to get back home as my spouse and kids were getting home from work and day care. Signed paperwork, nothing was explained to me, gave me the keys and I took off with the Journey. Called twice before I got home to make sure they needed my down payment of $1100 and nobody answered or even contacted me back. Finally 2 days later I sent an email and had a reply back that I could pay the $1100 within 30 days......30 days of what? Having the car? 30 days after the date I received the email? Yes I should have asked questions but I did not. 3 weeks later they dealership and bank called and said I needed to prove 2 driver's license in order to finalize the deal but like I told them before, he had no license. Also, the car I was trading in had a payment due so I was behind on that one cause the deal hadn't been finalized. Took the car back, got my old one and will never go back to Patriot, end of story. It was a 2014 Dodge Journey with 112K miles on it, back fender was bashed in, passenger seat headrest was broke, passenger front tire kept losing air. More
