I wouldn't buy from this place! So, I already had financing when I arrived and I knew the truck that I went to get. The salesman hounded me about using their finance team. I learned later that they get kickbacks from the financier when they use one. Next, the running board on the driver side would not work, long story short, they had my vehicle for six weeks trying to fix it. I had to contact one of the owners to get a resolution. I finally spoke with the owner with red hair and beard. He replaced the running boards with aftermarket boards. Now, a few years later I AM having electrical issues with the same truck. The headlights and all the dash lights and everything electrical would just start flashing off and on, the horn stopped working, and while driving the engine would just die. Turns out the windshield had been replaced and not properly sealed so some electrical panel was wet and molded, according to the service department/insurance company. Now, do you think if I asked patriot about that, do you think they would admit to knowing they sold me a truck that had an aftermarket windshield that was improperly installed? The dealership service department estimated the damage to be approximately $11,000, and now I AM stuck with it. BEWARE!!! More

Point of sale interaction with Jeremiah and finance person were fine. After sale interaction with Broc Ackerman and Clint Ackerman wasn’t good. Broc was maybe new and instead of just saying that he gav person were fine. After sale interaction with Broc Ackerman and Clint Ackerman wasn’t good. I was finally able to get answers and work out logistics to get deliverable done after talking to their subcontractor, Auto Accessories. We were told by Jeremiah and by Broc that we would get a loaner while the work was done but that didn’t happen. More
