I had been dealing with Rob in finance since June 20th. Leaving messages. Him stating that the financing had got through. Even though the finance company I was supposed to be financing with did not know me from a stranger off the street. When I finally pushed Rob to contact the company. The financing had not gone through. He stated on Friday June 28th that he would get back with me by 5pm. I didn't hear from him about additional financing. I tried to contact him on the 1st of July and 2nd of July repeatedly with no return calls. On July 3rd I went to the dealership and asked to talk to a manager. The manager I talked to had just started there on Monday July 1st and said whatever had occurred before he started there he couldn't do anything about. Told me that Rob was no longer doing financing part of the dealership business. Bridget the receptionist could of told me that when I was leaving messages for Rob in finance. On Wednesday July 3rd I paid for the 2017 Ram Pro Master city van instead of continuing to get a run around by finance department.
