Service Dept. never fixed issue I purchased 3 vehicles from Patriot in 4 years. I bought a Silverado and 8 months later the air conditioning started blowing hot air. I brought it in I purchased 3 vehicles from Patriot in 4 years. I bought a Silverado and 8 months later the air conditioning started blowing hot air. I brought it in for repair, the first “fix” ($400) and Cold lasted 1 day, then hot air again.. had to bring it back, (rent a car) and they looked at it Again.. Now they found the Problem, a leak! The part was not in stock and would be a week out. (90degree heat days) . Brought it back about 10days later, (rent another car) Patriot kept the truck for 2 days (another $500.00).. I get the truck back and the very next day, HOT AIR!! I schedule ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. Now they found the “real Problem “.. Patriot said I would need to bring back a 5th Time and pay another $1000.00 for the “right” part to fix it.... I have not been back, $1000.00 out of pocket (plus rentals) and still No Air Conditioning... Stay away from Patriot, if they treat loyal customers like this, imaginary how they treat new customers. More
Totally Rude and Inept I leased new 2017 Equinox which has had a multitude of issues none of which were ever addressed by the service department. The on board navigation sy I leased new 2017 Equinox which has had a multitude of issues none of which were ever addressed by the service department. The on board navigation system was not working properly and their solution was to just use my phone for directions??? I am now paying ONSTAR monthly. .The car had three inches of water on the floor.. They claimed there was a spider web in an air conditioning line, They rolled down the windows and set it outside to dry out. When I questioned why the car was full of leaves, I was told that the detail department was to busy to clean the carpets and mold on the seats. I found another dealership after there was an electrical issue (most likely due to the water) who fixed all of the warranty issues and changed the oil for the very first time (2019) after the service dept. at Patriot refused to make an appointment for me with the comment that they did not have to service it anymore because I wasn't nice? More

From the first phone call I made to schedule the appointment I needed work done on my GMC Acadia and was nervous about going to a dealer for service. From the first phone call I made to schedule the appointment until the moment I drove away, I received better care than I’d received anywhere else to date. The car was fixed immediately, the price was reasonable and everyone I had come in contact with was friendly and knowledgeable. A special thanks to Eric who was my “advisor” today. I’ll certainly be back!!! More

Service and Service Manager my son's car was not idling correctly and he was recommended to this dealership and they got him in with in two days. When he got there they did a tes my son's car was not idling correctly and he was recommended to this dealership and they got him in with in two days. When he got there they did a test and determined that it was mass air sensor they changed it and when he was sitting in the car in there parking lot it was worse then when he took it there after spending $408.00. The mechanic Tom and service writer Mary came out and they took the car back in put the old parts back on the car and Mary said "we will refund your money" and Tom told my son "I am not working on that piece of xxxx" and that his inspection was up and that the car was a hazard. But put the old parts back on and refund his money. Well here it is a MONTH later and guess what NO REFUND. My son has called every week and the service manager Joe said "I mailed you a check" well a month later I am still waiting for this check. Now when my son calls they will not even put the service manager on the phone they try to say "I'll give you to Mary" or oh "joe is on the phone or he is not in" my son borrowed the money from me to get his car fixed and now I am out of $408.00. He should have been given a refund right then and there. Now since we have not got our refund and no attempts of this service manager even taking the calls from my son. After a month of waiting for my $408 I guess you can say they stole this money from me not even my son. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
