Love the sales department. Bought an entire vehicle there. Went in to redeem my free oil change & when the service adviser came and rattled off quickly what else I needed done Bought an entire vehicle there. Went in to redeem my free oil change & when the service adviser came and rattled off quickly what else I needed done and quoted me $1600 then said “want me to start now” I declined and because I wasn’t getting the work done there and then he wouldn’t give me the diagnosis of what was wrong with the vehicle I BOUGHT FROM THEM LEAS THAN A YEAR AGO. Patriot called an corrected the service adviser mistake and made things right in less than 3 minutes! That was my only complaint and they corrected it. Back to 5 stars More

He showed her a price for the filters and oil change of around 300$ when she was rung up it was over 500$ there were 4-6 other GUYS in the waiting room none of them were approached for an up sale just the woman. My wife told him several times to not quote tires he still did anyway and tried pushing tires on her also. Very bad business. You’ve lost my 5 vehicles worth of business. More
