First time Here I must say with my first time here i expected a lot as i am spoiled with Classic Chevrolet Owasso (Justin). He always took care of everything that was needed and was wonderful with his client care and all the needs i presented with my trucks, He is the reason i actually bought my last Truck from Classic Chevrolet Owasso. I came in pretty lost and was very thankful the door was opened and i was given direction on where to go and all and was greated with a smile and a welcome upon my arrival. I was asked what could be done for me and i explained to them i had made an appointment through my GM ap to get my truck serviced and was supposed to drop it off. I made him promise to take care of my (baby) truck as it was important to me. He replied very courteous "yes ma'am it is in good hands we will take good care of it and we will call you when we are done.". I was impressed with how nice the facility was at patriots, clean well organized and smooth running it seemed to be. When i was called later in the morning and notified my truck was ready for pick up , upon my arrival i was shown to the cashier window to pick up the papers and keys and told where my truck was parked. Everyone was nice and genuine. I will return to Patriots for my truck service since Justin is no longer at Owasso and things are changing down there since under new ownership or management (not sure which) things are different. So I am happy for the good change and the quality of service i received is a A+++++ . Cost was nothing since my truck is still new enough it was still under warranty. Chase was the young man i worked with and he was wonderful. More

Great Service and Work. Patriot Chevy-Buick has a great service department and the technicians there do great work.
