Scheduled online to bring my wife’s 2017 Volt in for service and a recall today. When she gets there, Ryan says you are out of warranty and we don’t work on electric vehicles, you need to find another d service and a recall today. (BTW it specifically says on your website that you sell and service electric vehicles.) So my wife calls me upset, I told her to go back in and at least get the recall done, which you guys did. Ryan keeps insisting that we don’t have a warranty ( which we do) and it will be $120 just to diagnose the vehicle, and they probably can’t fix it anyway. The issues I had with the vehicle are blind spot monitoring, and acc issues, nothing EV related. Really stupid for you guys to turn away customers over this. Very unhappy with your service today.
