I brought my truck to them 3 times and was told it wouldn’t do it for us, even tho I provided videos the still refused to fix the problem. I had an issue I asked them to correct on a vehicle under warranty. I was advised I would have to take the vehicle back to where I purchased it despite using the dealership for a year. While I was there, I went in to talk about ordering a new Tahoe. I was invisible to the sales manager who was there. When I said I had a question they just looked at me and ignored me. I feel like they did it because at the time I was cleaning and I’m female so I guess I didn’t look like a viable customer to them. I like the person in service, Taylor, but the rest of them are not focused on customer service and I won’t go back. Interestingly, the manager left me a rather terse voicemail about my review. He didn’t like it. Well I did not like the service I got either. I’ll just go to Tulsa or Owasso. More
