While the work done is correct and the diagnosis is accurate, the pricing is exceptionally high. The 10 minute test drive averages price is $10/minute. Why attempt to gouge customers when they should have applied the promotional price without hesitation. After conversation with the Service Manager I was afforded a a $180 "in store" credit, when a refund would have been proper. This is the second time in the past two months where I have challenged the prices charged and was afforded $180 credit for each. my recommendation for the service center is based on limited availability for service and parts in the area. The last 2 times I came here for an oil change it's been very poor service. This time I had a 9:00am appointment and I arrived at 8:40am. I waited until 10:30am then went and asked the service department very poor service. This time I had a 9:00am appointment and I arrived at 8:40am. The attendant said he was sorry, and it would be another 5 minutes. So almost 2 hours for an oil change is completely unsatisfactory. Absolutely no communication from the service department.
